During the final semester of Grade 8, students will research and compose a 1500-word essay that consolidates the learning they have experienced in middle school. Students will select a topic of their choice to integrate their knowledge gleaned through the academic and co-curricular programs they have experienced. Every student will be provided with an advisor who will help them navigate the research process, the construction of the essay, and the revision and revising of the written piece. Each student will submit their essay in written form and also present their learnings through a presentation, film, round table discussion, or a format that the student chooses.
