Students will have the opportunity to develop their physical abilities and fitness through the physical education classes offered by the Asian University for Women. These classes will promote individual and lifelong fitness and encourage girls to be physically active throughout their life span. Our unique approach towards physical education allows for choice and exploration of activities. These include traditional and contemporary dance, fitness and strength training, yoga, team sports, rowing, hiking, climbing, and team sports. Engaging in team sports is also where students gain skills in teamwork, perseverance, resilience, cooperation, and effective communication.
