Mission

To provide a supportive learning environment where students are encouraged to find excellence in themselves and others through a rigorous and balanced program, that considers academic excellence, sound physical and mental well-being, environmental and outdoor education, humanitarian causes and service, and leadership and entrepreneurial education.

Vision

The AUW Laboratory School aims to develop and educate confident girls, who have sharp intellect and a strong sense of self. Personalized learning is offered according to student needs. Our students are knowledgeable, honorable, and well-rounded global citizens. These girls have excellent communication skills and are critical and creative thinkers. They are dignified and judicious, act with humility and compassion, and take measures to better their communities, both locally and globally. Our students embrace and understand a plurality of views. These qualities are all underpinned by a sound foundation in numeracy, literacy, and scientific thought as represented by STEAM subjects, science, technology, engineering, arts, design, and mathematics.
